Pre School Yoga

ages 3-5

*must be potty trained

Pre school yoga is designed to introduce little ones to the practice of yoga. One hour classes include breath work, games, music, books, yoga training and flow and always end in a thoughtful and restorative shavasana. Little yogis will explore their balance, strength and inner light, all while having fun.

Yoga mats will be provided.


Kids Yoga

ages 6-9

Kids yoga will introduce your little one to the practice of yoga through pose instruction, flow, breath work and games. One hour classes are designed to engage, excite and empower children to recognize their strength and light. These yogis will enjoy yoga games, self reflection, flow and of course a final and thoughtful shavasana.

Yoga mats will be provided.

Pre Teen and Teen Yoga

ages 10-12 and 13-15

Yoga for pre-teens and teens are offered in 4-6 week sessions of weekly 1 hour classes. Each class will include an age appropriate meditation or breathing technique, journaling, yoga training and flow, and will always end with a thoughtful and restorative shavasana. Classes are designed to strengthen and balance the body, while restoring and empowering the young mind. Students will work on body awareness, attention to breath, strength and flexibility, as well as exploring and enhancing their own personal gifts and light.
